Job Requirements

The Senior Paralegal- Construction serves as Stark Tech's in-house legal resource, partnering with leadership and outside counsel to oversee legal operations, compliance, and corporate documentation across integration, controls, and energy projects. This role drives process improvements, establishes and maintains legal standards, and provides subject matter expertise on construction-adjacent legal processes. The Senior Paralegal also supports the evaluation and integration of legal technology solutions that enhance efficiency and align with Stark Tech's operational platforms.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field required.
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate, required.
  • Seven (7) years, progressively responsible paralegal experience with at least three (3) years in construction, engineering, technology contracting, or related industries, required.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems, MS 365, and document redlining tools, required.
  • Knowledge: Contract law principles, public procurement processes, multi-state compliance considerations, insurance/indemnity provisions, and data privacy/security clauses, required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Experience selecting and implementing contract management software
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
