Job description

The Structural Analyst is responsible for evaluating, organizing, and maintaining construction-related material, equipment, and labor pricing data for use in estimating applications and the publication of building cost information across the United States and Canada.

This position supports the ongoing accuracy and integrity of a comprehensive construction pricing database by maintaining existing items, developing new items when supported by market research and business requirements, and reviewing incoming pricing information. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, conducting research for special projects, and validating construction-related data to support consistent, high-quality database publications.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in the construction industry, such as estimating, construction project management, general contracting, or a related role.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices, installation methods, and applicable industry standards.

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
