    • Signal warrants, analysis, design, and timing
    • Roadway lighting analysis and design

  • Oversee traffic modeling and analysis efforts, including forecasting and microsimulation (VISSIM/CORSIM)
  • Review and approve contracts, scopes, budgets, schedules, technical deliverables, and quality management plans
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, staff, and leadership

What Youll Bring:

  • A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and an active Utah PE license
  • 15+ years of traffic engineering experience, including leading projects and developing teams
  • Deep knowledge of traffic engineering principles, practices, and state and national standards
  • A strong track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering staff
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and the public
  • A consistent commitment to delivering highquality work on schedule
  • Handson experience with traffic analysis and modeling tools such as VISSIM, Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, and/or StreetLight
  • Working knowledge of Bentleybased design platforms including MicroStation, GEOPAK (V8i), OpenRoads Designer, and/or InRoads
  • Comfort operating in a collaborative, teamoriented environment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the organizational skills needed to lead multiple initiatives
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (designbuild, PDB, CM/GC, etc.) is a plus
