• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing recognized assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices and include therapeutic modalities suited to each client's needs.
• Engage with clients in real-time, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to facilitate interactive and supportive therapy sessions.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation following each session, ensuring compliance with organization policies and legal standards.

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Experience in remote therapy delivery, particularly using virtual therapy tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A background working with a variety of mental health issues within different cultural contexts.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
