Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking an Outbound Sales Closer / Appointment Setter for our fast growing Capital Advisory Program. This role focuses on generating, qualifying, and converting opportunities through outbound, inbound, and social channels. It is a high-performance, revenue-driven position with strong earning potential and growth into a closing role.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Prospect into SMB owners, tax professionals, realtors, and service-based businesses
  • Qualify leads based on credit, revenue, and intent
  • Book high-quality strategy calls for the sales team
  • Execute aggressive follow-up on aged and inbound leads
  • Conduct social engagement and direct message outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Support light content execution, including posting, commenting, and replying
  • Manage and maintain pipeline within CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Track activity and performance metrics consistently
  • Develop skills to grow into a full closing role

Requirements
Education

Experience
