As a Telephone Triage RN, you'll use clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the lifespan & determine the best way to address their medical issues and concerns over the phone: You will:

  • Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
  • Deliver & document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms when indicated
  • Assist in getting patients to the appropriate level of care (e.g. home care, an office visit, emergency room)
  • Consult with physicians as needed
