Robertson Residential Group is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented real estate admin who will assist a top-producing real estate team in Northern Virginia. In this position, you can expect a wide variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities and rapidly changing priorities. This is a good opportunity to hone existing real estate admin skills or learn the fast-paced world of real estate administration.

We are looking for the perfect admin who can keep up with the change of pace and help take this business to the next level. This position is part-time to start, but has the potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits in 3-6 months.

Responsibilities
• Review company email and prepare email drafts as needed
• Coordinate marketing events and client parties
• Prepare paperwork drafts (buyer and seller-related paperwork, etc.) with a strong sense of attention to detail (robust training provided)
• Assist with listing-related tasks: prepare pre-listing presentation & property brochures from templates, coordinate and market open houses, schedule property photos, staging, repairs, signage, etc.
• Interface with lenders, title companies, home inspectors, agents, and contractors
• Schedule and coordinate property showings & obtain feedback
• Manage and update company appointments and calendar
• Update website, blog sites, and social media
Qualifications
• College degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in the real estate industry required
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
• EXTREME attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated individual
• Desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• HIGHLY professional verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly, and able to troubleshoot common issues
• Familiarity with web-based lead management systems, CRMs, WordPress, or other user-friendly website platforms, Top Producer, MailChimp/ConstantContact, is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a work-from-home environment
