This attorney will handle insurance defense matters and work closely with experienced litigators in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do as the Civil Litigation Attorney:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Develop case strategy and provide thoughtful legal analysis
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver responsive communication
  • Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys on complex litigation matters
  • Participate in business development and client-facing opportunities as experience allows
  • Meet billable hour expectations while maintaining high-quality legal work

Must-Haves as the Civil Litigation Attorney:
