The ultimate goal is the successful completion of projects on time, with exceptional quality, and within budget.ESSENTIAL DUTIES Take direction from the Project Manager for the execution of daily tasks.Assist in managing the flow of materials from suppliers and within the job site. Make sure materials arrive at the job site on time, are of the proper type and quantity, and are staged in their proper location.Assist in directing subcontractors in their daily work and maintaining a look-ahead schedule.Review and inspect the quality of work from Champion's factories and work performed by Champion's subcontractors.Create punch lists and coordinate the completion/resolution of punch lists with subcontractors.Assist in the coordination and resolution of warranty work from Champion's factory and subcontractors.The superintendent may perform minor warranty work and must be experienced in manufactured home production/repair.Assist in maintaining job site work logs to include daily reports, look-ahead schedules, safety documentation, etc.Perform safety inspections in accordance with Champion's safety plan.
