Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We're hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy and behavioral health support to clients across Utah. In this role, you'll assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide ongoing counseling, and help individuals manage mental health concerns through practical, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical documentation
  • Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
  • Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal standards

Requirements
  • Active Utah LCSW license
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
