Job Description
Summary
As an eDiscovery Project Manager (PM) at Array, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client matters and lead the successful execution of eDiscovery projects. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, manage data workflows, oversee project delivery, and provide consultative support throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong project management, client relationship management, and Relativity expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand business and case requirements and recommend appropriate eDiscovery solutions.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and delivery strategies.

  • Monitor project execution to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon scope, quality standards, and deadlines.

  • Provide clients with regular project updates, reporting, and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Support client use of Relativity and related technologies by troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance.

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to hosted or delivered client data while maintaining data integrity and availability.

  • Process client data using Relativity Processing and related workflows as needed.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project success and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing eDiscovery, litigation support Projects.

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a consultative or project management capacity.

  • Experience supporting eDiscovery workflows and technologies.

  • Experience managing or supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery matters in Relativity (RelativityOne, Relativity Server, or both), including processing workflows, review readiness, productions, quality control, issue resolution, and coordination with technical teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EverLaw is a plus.

  • Experience supporting hosted review environments.

  • Experience managing complex litigation, investigation, or regulatory matters.

  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with data processing concepts, including deduplication, load file management, processing exceptions, and production workflows.

Compensation
The base compensation range for this position is $90,000-$130,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for participation in a quarterly discretionary bonus program.
Schedule This role occasionally requires availability outside standard business hours to meet client deadlines (e.g., during active data productions or urgent client escalations). We're happy to discuss scheduling needs.
