Responsibilities:
  • Implement a research-based, play-based curriculum that fosters preliteracy skills, social emotional development, and a love of learning.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued.
  • Utilize dialogic reading techniques to engage children in meaningful conversations about books and stories.
  • Incorporate phonological awareness games, letter and sound recognition activities, and writing exploration into daily routines.
