Overview

Job Duties

Deliver Word-Class Training:

  • Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training that meets the diverse needs of our clients.Ā 
  • Develop and execute blended learning experiences including instructor-led training, self-guided resources, and workflow-based learning.Ā 
  • Adapt training to different learning styles, ensuring retention and adoption of our products.Ā 

Be a SME:

  • Stay ahead of new product features and quickly incorporate them into training sessions.Ā 
  • Cross-trainĀ on multiple Planet DDS solutions to support a variety of client needs, becoming a subject matter expert on new releases and best practices.
  • Continuously refine training materials,Ā leveragingĀ client feedback and industry trends.Ā 

Ā Support and Consult:

  • Provide proactive, customer-focused support, guiding users to confidently navigate our software.Ā 
  • Tailor training sessions to align with client-specific workflows and businessĀ objectives.Ā 
  • Act as a trusted learning partner, offering guidance beyond training to support client success

Skills and Qualifications

  • Dental practice operations preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Ā
