  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized early childhood classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with your teaching team to plan and execute curriculum aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Guide classroom routines, preschool classroom management, and daily operations with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of preschool teaching experience, preferably as a Lead Teacher, Head Teacher, or Toddler Teacher.

  • New York State B-2 or N-6 Teaching Certification preferred, or active study plan toward certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with play-based learning, emergent curriculum, creative curriculum approaches, Teaching Strategies GOLD, and social-emotional learning (SEL).
  • Passion for supporting young children's growth, curiosity, and potential.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
