Express Lube Technician

  • Perform maintenance including oil and filter changes, tire balancing and rotations, and cooling system flushes.
  • Conduct comprehensive Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) with your team, check fluid levels, and adjust tire pressure as needed.
  • Greet guests enthusiastically by name, review vehicle history for additional needs, and provide a personal escort to their vehicle upon completion.
  • Document all work performed and recommended, and coordinate with service consultants if additional safety or service work is identified.
  • Maintain a clean workspace (clutter-free workbenches and toolboxes) and comply with all safety regulations, including OSHA and hazardous waste disposal.

Detail Technician

  • Wash exteriors, clean windows, wipe door jambs, and apply wax to vehicles before they leave the dealership.
  • Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery and rugs, and apply preservation agents to leather or vinyl surfaces.
  • Steam-clean engine compartments, apply tire dressing, and assist with touch-up paint or buffing to restore the vehicle's appearance.
  • Examine vehicles for defects like dents or scratches and ensure proper mechanical operation before returning them to guests.
  • Assist with shuttling guests, refueling vehicles, and maintaining a clean showroom.
