Work Based Learning
The Phlebotomist position is responsible for drawing blood specimens from patients for clinical analysis.
EDUCATION: GED or High School Diploma is required or anticipated completion within 1 year of hire.
EXPERIENCE: Phlebotomy related or training as a medical assistant or equivalent is preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS: Certification as a phlebotomist by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) upon or within 12 months of employment is required.
