Wordpress specialists focus on managing and customizing Wordpress sites using CMS tools, while Web Developers build and code websites from scratch or with various frameworks. Both roles are essential in web development but differ in technical depth and scope.
WordPress jobs fall into two major categories. Automattic, the owner of WordPress, has positions where you can work as a developer on the back end and create new content for the platform.
