Marketing Support Assistant

Keiter is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Support Assistant to join our Marketing and Practice Development team. Reporting to the Practice Development Director, this role provides hands-on support for marketing initiatives, client events, business development activities, CRM management, and firm communications. The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and contributing to the success and growth of the firm. This opportunity is open to both entry-level candidates and experienced administrative professionals.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate logistics for client seminars, networking events, sponsorships, and internal programs.
  • Assist with event registration, venue coordination, materials preparation, audiovisual needs, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM and contact management records to support marketing and communication efforts.
  • Track referral source activity and assist with business development reporting. 
  • Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, invitations, marketing sheets, presentations, biographies, and other marketing materials. 
  • Assist with website updates, professional photography coordination, and internal communications. 
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and support project follow-up.
  • Collaborate on special projects and other marketing initiatives that support the firm's strategic goals.

Compensation
