We are seeking a talented and motivated Website Developer/UI-UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, while also ensuring that all technical aspects of the website are optimized for speed, functionality, and user experience. This role will require a combination of technical skills and creative design capabilities, with a strong focus on usability and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and design user-friendly and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and other digital assets

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand business needs and user requirements

  • Design and implement effective navigation and user interface solutions

  • Optimize websites for speed, functionality, and SEO

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure all technical aspects of the website are optimized for user experience

  • Conduct user research and testing to improve website usability and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they are up-to-date and functional

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve website designs and functionality


Requirements:
