  • Serve as the primary designer for investor and board presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides, translating complex financial and product data into clear, compelling visuals.

  • Manage creative budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales on campaign assets, with Leadership on investor materials, and with Legal on trademark protection and brand compliance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor design and fintech trends, proposing enhancements that strengthen Paynuity's market presence and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive design experience, including 2+ years leading creative teams (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and investor communications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WordPress (Elementor or comparable page builders).
  • Portfolio showcasing sophisticated, data-driven collateral (e.g., investor decks) and intuitive UX/UI solutions.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Familiarity with WCAG/Section 508 accessibility standards.
  • Motion-graphics or basic video-editing capabilities.
  • SEO-aware copywriting or content-strategy experience.
  • Photography or custom-illustration skills.
