We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing WordPress websites that align with brand standards, user experience best practices, and business objectives. 
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in WordPress development, front-end and back-end programming, performance optimization, and security best practices. This position requires collaboration with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver responsive, conversion-focused digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
  • Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements
  • Convert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into fully functional WordPress sites
  • Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance
  • Implement technical SEO best practices
  • Manage site migrations, backups, and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain website security and implement best practices
  • Integrate third-party APIs and tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Document development processes and maintain organized code repositories
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience developing WordPress websites
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience building custom themes and plugins
  • Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi etc.)
  • Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
  • Understanding of MySQL databases
