Description:

Fully remote part-time position processing employees benefit withholdings, working Monday through Friday (time of day to be determined). This position is hourly and nonexempt.

Duties

  • Become proficient in retirement plan and flexible benefit plan contribution remittance processing to accurately allocate employee withholdings
  • Process contributions with first with accuracy then with speed while maintaining accuracy
  • Willingness to cross-train and expand skills and knowledge
  • Maintain appropriate documentation of all client interactions
  • Attend team, department, and company trainings
  • Learn and apply applicable IRS code and DOL regulations applicable to retirement and flexible benefit plans (as appropriate)
  • Reconcile payment amount and documentation
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Resolution Teams, Accounting, and other internal teams to resolve problems relating to information or payments
  • Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
  • Contribute to a positive, friendly, and helpful team environment
  • Complete other projects as assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor, Director, or Vice President
Requirements:
  • Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
  • Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for excellent service
  • Be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Will be required to meet production and accuracy levels.
