Position will also follow up with Brokers and Sales Reps for pending items; Position may require mandatory overtime during months of heavy volume. \t\t\t \t\t \t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tEssential Functions: \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\tDemonstrates adherence to our published core values of Integrity, Service, Passion, Innovation, Accountability, and Respect on a consistent basis in the performance of your position. \t\t\t \t\t\tQuoting Inbox \t\t\t \t\t\t\tReview quote request for required information: ER zip, EE info etc. and oversee submission and accurate receipt from Shared Services. \t\t\t\tReport quote errors to RVP (shared services). \t\t\t \t\t\tQuoting \t\t\t \t\t\t\tAssist with sales teams with quotes, sales and services of group health and ancillary products. \t\t\t\tBe proficient in WBQuote \t\t\t\tCreate spreadsheets in both market segments for medical and ancillary. \t\t\t\tProcess New Hire Worksheets. \t\t\t\tBe proficient in the Ancillary RFP Process \t\t\t\tBackup for ISR proposal distribution including executive summaries \t\t\t\tBeta testing quotes and provide feedback to IT as needed. \t\t\t \t\t\tEnrollments \t\t\t \t\t\t\tAssist Sales Team with scheduling enrollments, ordering, maintaining, and coordinating all enrollment materials. Contact brokers and clients to set up enrollments. Confirm plan choices, contributions, addresses and phone numbers and communicate this information to the Sales Team. \t\t\t\tUpdate quote to reflect plan selections and contributions. \t\t\t\tRun employee worksheets. \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tOffice Administration \t\t\t \t\t\t\tAssist with Office reports (training hours), Concur, check requests, POs, broker relations, and outside vendors (i.e POP & Cobra) as needed. \t\t\t\tSchedule carrier, vendor, and internal meetings. \t\t\t\tAssist with setting up and ordering supplies, preparing materials, kits, and quotes for the Region\'s seminars and broker events. Order and coordinate giveaways and food with RVP. \t\t\t\tOrder all supplies as needed by sales team \t\t\t \t\t\tUnderwriting \t\t\t \t\t\t\tMaintain familiarity with current underwriting guidelines. \t\t\t\tAnswer pre-sale underwriting questions for brokers and sales team. \t\t\t\tScrub new case submissions for deal killers. \t\t\t\tVerify case submission is complete via SF tickets \t\t\t\tReview pending items for accuracy in a fast-paced environment. \t\t\t\tWork with the underwriting team to meet 24 hour turn time by prioritizing the dayโs workflow. \t\t\t\tProvide excellent Customer Service to internal and external customers. \t\t\t\tProvide team underwriting updates based on cases submitted. \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tRenewals \t\t\t \t\t\t\tSupport retention efforts including pulling renewals on behalf of ISRs/RSMโs \t\t\t \t\t\tSalesforce \t\t\t \t\t\t\tUpdate daily activities in the system. \t\t\t\tCheck client information and update as requested. \t\t\t\tSubmit tickets for service. \t\t\t \t\t\tClient Experience \t\t\t \t\t\t\tSubmit CX tickets on behalf of sales team/brokers. \t\t\t\tResearch client/broker service requests. \t\t\t\tRetrieve ID cards. \t\t\t\tLookup Providers and medications. \t\t\t\tVerify group enrollment. \t\t\t\tMisc. customer service issues. \t\t\t \t\t\tMiscellaneous: \t\t\t \t\t\t\tOn-site or remote attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. \t\t\t\tPerforms other business tasks or functions as assigned. \t\t\t\tNew Hire Onboarding Assistance and training schedules \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t \t Qualifications \t \t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\tMust speak fluent English and communicate effectively. \t\t\t\tMust have at least two plus (2+) yearsโ experience in an office administrative role, or 2+ years of sales support role or with group insurance plans preferred. \t\t\t\tMust have strong people skills, strong phone skills and ability to prioritize. \t\t\t\tMust be detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing parameters. \t\t\t\tMust be proficient in Word and Excel. \t\t\t\tAdhere to all PHI (Protected Health Information) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines. \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t \t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tEducational Requirements: \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\tHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\tCollege degree preferred and industry designations helpful, but not required. \t\t\t\tCA Life & Health license required. If successful applicant does not have insurance license, he/she will be required to obtain one within three (3) months of date of hire. \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t \t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tPhysical Requirements: \t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\tMust be able to sit for extended periods of time and occasional standing and walking. Must have adequate hearing for phone work. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
