Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Catering Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis at the Woodforest Bank Club. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy delivering high-quality food and beverage service at catered events. Catering Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service at private and corporate events, music events, and other special occasions.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00

For Part-Time roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. 

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, linens, serving stations, and buffet displays.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas during and after events.
  • Monitor food and beverage levels, restocking as needed to ensure efficient service.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events, including packing up catering supplies and disposing of waste properly.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns.
  • Work closely with the catering and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or hospitality preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and perform basic physical tasks.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from event managers and supervisors.
