Job description

Role Overview

Help produce premium wood products in our 55,000 sq. ft. Telford, PA facility. This role focuses on surface preparation, charring, sanding, finishing, packaging, and production tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and verify work orders for completeness and accuracy before production.
  • Operate charring machines, sanders, and automated finishing equipment.
  • Burn, brush, finish, and package diverse wood designs.
  • Perform basic quality control checks to meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly workspace; periodically clean floors and equipment.
  • Log job progress, production counts, and status updates in Google Sheets.
Required Capabilities
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn company products and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to kneel, bend, twist, push, and lift during normal work.
  • Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
Preferred Experience
  • Wood finishing background.
  • Experience with standard wood manufacturing equipment.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets.
