Must-Have Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Scrum ceremony in Agile environments
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Agile project management tools, hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and database querying/programming
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other Agile certification
  • Experience working with government organizations and ERP systems.
