Position Description:
We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in managing Windows environments using Workspace ONE. This role involves providing Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual, and playing a key role in deploying and managing MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Workspace ONE console operations and a strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and automation.
We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!.
This role is located at a client site in Plano, TX. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Windows Endpoint Engineer with deep expertise in managing Windows environments using Workspace ONE. This role involves providing Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 systems, both physical and virtual, and playing a key role in deploying and managing MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Workspace ONE console operations and a strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and automation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 2+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or support
. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 environments
. Hands on experience with Workspace ONE, including console operations (creating profiles, sensors, smart groups, baselines)
. Familiarity with endpoint management protocols: CSP, SyncML, WNS, OMA DM
. Experience with Windows OS in place upgrades and Windows Update for Business
. Proficiency in Group Policy and CSP based configuration management
. Understanding of Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and hybrid environments
. Basic scripting skills (preferably PowerShell) for automation and reporting
. Solid grasp of ITIL Foundation principles, including service lifecycle and continual improvement
. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
. Excellent communication and documentation skills
. ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,500.00 $110,100.00.
