Vom Standort Offenbach am Main liefert die Menicon SC GmbH Austauschkontaktlinsen in über 24 europäische und 6 Länder außerhalb Europas. Das erwartet dich:

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Einführung, den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) inklusive Reporting-Tool. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern zusammen und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe sowie saubere Datenflüsse.

  • Technische Begleitung der Einführung und Inbetriebnahme des Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Unterstützung bei Customizing, Konfiguration und Tests des WMS
  • Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und WMS-Schnittstellen sowie systemübergreifenden Datenflüssen
  • Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und nachhaltige Lösung von Störungen und Systemfehlern
  • Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Datenflüssen zwischen WMS, ERP und ggf. weiteren Systemen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards, Reports und Analysen zur System- und Prozessüberwachung
  • Technische Dokumentation von Schnittstellen, Prozessen und Änderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Systemstabilität, Performance und Datenqualität
Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Praxiserfahrung im Umfeld von Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS), idealerweise bei Einführung und/oder Betrieb
  • Erfahrung mit ERP- und WMS-Anbindungen sowie systemübergreifenden Datenflüssen
  • Grundkenntnisse in leichtem Programmieren / Skripting („Programming Lite“)
