Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 / hour
Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Training Associate. The Training Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
  • Assist in assessing training needs across various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to design and develop training curriculum, materials, and resources.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Actively participate in delivering training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and facilitate learning outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and other technology-based training solutions.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and other performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in training and development.

Job Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
  • High School diploma

Preferred Experience:
  • Training experience preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technology.
  • Ability to work with WMS Software.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable using computers and quickly learning new software or platforms as needed.

Physical Requirements:
