Job description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Factory Administrative Assistant to support our daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This position will handle production paperwork, order processing, shipping/receiving documentation, inventory records, and general administrative tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer and internal orders
  • Create and update production work orders and production schedules
  • Prepare BOLs (Bills of Lading), packing lists, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding orders and shipments
  • Assist with receiving incoming materials and products
  • Maintain inventory records and update quantities in the system
  • Track shipments and communicate with carriers when needed
  • Organize and maintain production, shipping, receiving, and inventory documents
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks at the factory
  • Support management with other operational tasks as needed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or administrative environment preferred
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced factory environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Work Environment

  • This position is based at our manufacturing facility.
  • Regular interaction with production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and management teams.
  • Occasional movement between the office and factory floor may be required.


Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM

Location: In person, at Ennis, TX
