SHIFT HOURS: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
SHIFT PAY: $18.85 AN HOUR
BENEFITS AVAILABLE DAY ONE
ON THE JOB TRAINING
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible manually stacking boxes on pallets prior to shipping. Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern
  • Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside
  • Other duties as assigned
    EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but nut required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
  • Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • May be exposed to cold (45°F, 4°C)
  • Work around raw, live animal odors
