Job description

Trilogy is looking for a General Manager. 


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Lead all fulfillment and warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPI’s are met for accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee equipment, facility, and safety standards compliance.

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients.
  • Ensure client KPIs are tracked, met, and reported on regularly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Staff Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and manage department leads and warehouse staff.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
  • Conduct regular start of shift meetings, performance reviews, and coaching.

Financial & Strategic Oversight

  • Develop and manage budgets, labor forecasts, and productivity metrics.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive P&L performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales team to plan capacity expansion or new service offerings.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Oversee WMS (Warehouse Management System) performance and integrations.
  • Champion process automation when needed and lean warehousing principles.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and operational reporting.

 

Other Duties

  1. Perform other tasks and/or duties as they may be assigned.

  1. Conducts oneself and operates equipment and acts in accordance with all company policies, safety rules, regulations, laws, including wearing proper personal protective equipment. 
  2. Conducts oneself in a positive professional manner at all times. 
  3. Takes advantage of all opportunities to attend training sessions to upgrade knowledge.  
  4. Continually recommend measures to improve production and quality methods, equipment performance and use, safety and workplace environment.  
  5. Make suggestions for improving the company.  

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience: 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment operations, ideally in a 3PL environment.
  • Proven track record of managing teams of 30+ employees across multiple departments/shifts.
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS systems, inventory controls, and order management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive efficiencies, and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mentality.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
