Job description

Senior IT Program Manager, Enterprise Applications
City of Industry, CA
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across a portfolio of business-critical enterprise applications. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in City of Industry, CA, with a hybrid and on-site work environment. You'll oversee cross-functional programs involving enterprise systems, customer integrations, and operational technology while coordinating delivery across internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
This is a highly visible senior individual contributor opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex technology initiatives and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. You'll serve as a key connection point between technical teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, customers, and executive leadership. The role offers significant autonomy to improve how projects are prioritized and delivered, build scalable onboarding processes, and help technical teams stay focused on high-value engineering and systems work.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in IT program management, project management, technology consulting, systems implementation, or a related delivery-focused role
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects and workstreams
  • WMS implementation experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, or a 3PL environment
  • Experience coordinating WMS customer and/or site implementations and onboarding
  • Experience managing EDI trading-partner onboarding and integrations
  • Understanding of common EDI transactions and workflows within logistics or supply chain environments
  • Experience supporting customer-specific labeling, compliance, or systems requirements
  • Strong customer-facing implementation experience with ownership of requirements, expectations, timelines, and delivery
  • Experience coordinating across technical teams, business stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience prioritizing projects and sequencing work across multiple teams and initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects from intake through completion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and executive leadership
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders without needing to be the hands-on engineer
  • Comfortable operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor
  • Familiarity with modern AI productivity tools and experience incorporating them into day-to-day workflows
  • Must be based in Southern California and able to work on-site and hybrid in City of Industry, CA

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with modern enterprise warehouse management systems
  • ERP implementation or migration experience
  • Experience creating standardized customer onboarding or implementation processes
  • Background in management, technology, or supply-chain consulting
  • Experience within logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply-chain organizations
  • Experience working within a fast-moving or rapidly evolving organization
  • Experience establishing UAT, change-management, release, or production governance processes
  • Experience coordinating third-party technology vendors, project milestones, and deliverables
  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification
