What we need

Exol is seeking a Director / Senior Director - WMS & TMS Platforms to lead the evolution and scale of its warehouse and transportation execution platforms across a growing, automation-enabled network. This role provides strategic and functional leadership for Manhattan Active WMS and Manhattan TMS, ensuring that fulfillment and transportation capabilities are scalable, reliable, and aligned with operational needs across multiple sites and customers.

The role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Automation, and external partners to deliver consistent platform capabilities, support new site launches, and evolve solutions as volume, complexity, and automation increase.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that Exol's WMS and TMS platforms can scale efficiently without sacrificing stability, performance, or maintainability.

What you'll do

  • Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for Manhattan Active WMS and Manhattan TMS, ensuring capabilities support operational growth, customer requirements, and automation initiatives.

  • Warehouse Execution & Automation: Partner with Operations and Automation teams to optimize warehouse processes, system functionality, and automation integration, enabling scalable and efficient fulfillment operations.

  • Transportation Capability Development: Lead the evolution of transportation management capabilities to support distribution, retail, and eCommerce operations while ensuring scalability across the network.

  • Solution Design & Standardization: Drive the development of scalable, repeatable solutions that balance business requirements, platform stability, and long-term maintainability across facilities and customers.

  • Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Support new customer onboarding, facility launches, and platform enhancements while promoting operational consistency and process optimization.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver business value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Engineering, Automation, Finance, and external vendors to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful platform outcomes.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in WMS, TMS, or supply chain technology leadership.

  • Prior experience in management or director-level roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS.

  • Working knowledge of Manhattan TMS and transportation execution.

  • Experience supporting automation-enabled warehouse environments.

  • Familiarity with cross-dock, consolidation, and small-parcel flows.

  • Ability to work across multiple sites, teams, and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating in environments that are growing and evolving.

Our Environment

  • Up to 25% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
