Job DescriptionNordstrom is looking for a highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and results-driven Sr. Program Manager to support our WMS Implementation - DC Team. This team drives end-to-end execution of a modern, unified technology stack including a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Labor Management System (LMS), and Yard Management System (YMS). The Sr. Program Manager will represent operational core process teams and end users through all phases of this multi-year implementation (Design, Implementation, and Hypercare), managing a complex, high-visibility program with significant impact across the enterprise. You will also own business configuration of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support your assigned operations area.The ideal candidate blends operational, strategic, analytical, and collaboration skills with a track record of taking ideas from vision to execution. They bring strong program management expertise, sound decision quality, and effective two-way communication to align cross-functional stakeholders, drive goals and strategies, and navigate tradeoffs.   • Support and own a core operations process. Examples include Inbound, Outbound, Reverse, and ICQA
  • Own business configurations for the Warehouse Management System for your core operations process
  • Collaborate broadly across the enterprise with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Technology, Engineering, Inventory, and many other partners to shape, design and implement future systems capabilities.
  • Define program vision in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring goals and success metrics are clearly defined, as well as roles and responsibilities for supported business unit teams.
  • Represents the day-to-day activities that are required to run a facility; defines how functions should happen 'on the ground'; understanding tradeoffs required to support the North Star vision.
  • Advocates for the end user experience through all phases of the program; supporting training, documentation, requirements, and change management.
  • Supports business requirements and user acceptance scenarios and assess options for network standardization.
  • Brings open-minded perspective to what and how processes could change to match industry or network standards.
  • Effectively Partner and collaborate: Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with cross functional partners to ensure relevant and successful delivery from ideation to execution. Act as liaison with teams and business stakeholders to ensure program needs are met.
  • Identification and escalation of issues: Identify and capture issues/risks and ensure appropriate information is captured to size the impact and determine next steps for resolution.
  • Insights & Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze data to inform decision making that supports program delivery.
  • Ensure all program and project milestones are being met and appropriately raise concerns where there is potential impact to the program scope, timeline, or budget.

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience
  • 5+ years of Operations experience
  • Experience implementing and configuring a Warehouse Management System such as Manhattan Active

  • Ability to track and maintain multiple projects and deliverables
