Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite) – Operations / Supply Chain


Hybrid | 3 days onsite (Tues–Thurs)


Overview


Our client is looking to add a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support core Operations functions including purchasing, planning, scheduling, and inventory.


This role is centered around NetSuite and related systems, with a focus on day-to-day support, system improvements, and driving more efficient workflows across operations. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, enhance system capabilities, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.


It’s a hands-on role in a multi-site manufacturing environment, well-suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems and operations and making a direct impact on how teams run day to day.



What You’ll Do


Systems Support (Operations)


  • Act as the main point of contact for system support across Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, and BOM management

  • Work through tickets, resolving system issues and data inconsistencies

  • Identify underlying problems and implement lasting fixes


ERP Improvement & Optimization


  • Enhance NetSuite functionality across inventory, planning, and warehouse workflows

  • Refine system configurations and improve data quality

  • Drive more efficient, standardized processes


WMS Support


  • Assist with WMS implementation and ongoing improvements

  • Work with warehouse teams to ensure adoption and usability

  • Support better inventory tracking and material movement


Projects & Enhancements


  • Support system upgrades and process improvement initiatives

  • Gather requirements and help prioritize initiatives

  • Translate business needs into system changes and enhancements


Cross-Functional Partnership


  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams

  • Serve as a reliable partner to Operations leadership

  • Surface opportunities to improve systems and workflows


Documentation & Process Support


  • Maintain documentation for workflows, systems, and SOPs

  • Help establish consistent, scalable processes

  • Support data accuracy and proper system usage



What You Bring


Required


  • 3–5 years in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role

  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations:

  • Inventory management

  • Purchasing and planning

  • Warehouse operations

  • ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)

  • Hands-on troubleshooting and end-user support experience

  • Experience with system implementations or enhancements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear communication across technical and business teams


Preferred


  • Experience with WMS

  • Background in manufacturing or multi-location environments

  • Familiarity with integrations and system data flows

  • Experience in structured or compliance-heavy environments

  • Exposure to project management

  • Experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
