Job Summary:
Red River Managed Services provides a collaborative work environment and is seeking an Integration Support Technician I. This role involves imaging and deploying laptops and servers, ensuring operational standards, and assisting with inventory management while maintaining a client-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
• Deploy and image laptops and servers using tools such as Azure, AutoPilot, WMI, SCCM, or similar systems.
• Perform device QC and testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Manage and organize inventory racks, ensuring accurate tracking and cleanliness.
• Maintain deployment and provisioning stations, ensuring equipment and workspaces are orderly and optimized.
• Support shipping and receiving tasks as needed, particularly during high-demand periods.
• Stage network/system appliances for deployment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deployment deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2-3 years of general IT experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and time tracking tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
