Summary:
The Integration Support Technician I is responsible for imaging and deploying laptops and servers, ensuring that all devices meet operational and quality standards. This role also includes staging devices, conducting QC/testing, and handling basic inventory management. Additionally, the technician assists with shipping, receiving, and warehouse/inventory activities as needed. This is an onsite role with up to 50% travel to the Red River Datacenter or client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and image laptops and servers using tools such as Azure, AutoPilot, WMI, SCCM, or similar systems.
  • Perform device QC and testing to ensure proper functionality.
  • Manage and organize inventory racks, ensuring accurate tracking and cleanliness.
  • Maintain deployment and provisioning stations, ensuring equipment and workspaces are orderly and optimized.
  • Support shipping and receiving tasks as needed, particularly during high-demand periods.
  • Stage network/system appliances for deployment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deployment deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of general IT experience.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and time tracking tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with imaging systems such as Azure, AutoPilot, WMI, SCCM, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with laptop and server deployment workflows.
