Job description

West Michigan International (WMI) is a locally owned, full-service truck dealership group with five locations across Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Muskegon. WMI is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service through its extensive service departments, body shops, parts delivery, mobile service trucks, towing, and a comprehensive range of truck sales, leasing, rental, and financing options. As a Truck Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding WMI’s customer base and nurturing relationships with existing clients. This position offers the opportunity to represent the recently refreshed Class 4-8 International product line in a supportive, family-owned environment that values professional growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers within a designated territory or assigned account list on a daily basis
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries using strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, provide test drives, and deliver excellent follow-up and after-sale support, including demonstrating dealership capabilities and explaining truck features
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the dealership’s CRM system
  • Achieve or exceed established truck sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance knowledge of truck and equipment specifications and updates
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications
