  • Position Type: Full time, 1.0 FTE  
  • Schedule: Flexible, Can do 8, 9 or 10 hour shifts  
  • Location: 245 Cherry Street Suite 300 Grand Rapids 
  • Specialty: Interventional PMR  
  • Hospital Info: Trinity Health Medical Group & Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital  
  • Team Size: Regional program; 3 total physicians and 1 APP in GR; 2 physicians in MSK; Neuroscience Division in WMI has over 80+ providers
