Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based direct primary care provider, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Associate (PA) to be an integral part of our Appleton Care Team. Here, you will collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while contributing to an innovative, growing practice.

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

  • NP or PA with at least two years prior experience, preferably in a primary care clinical setting
