Schedule: Full-Time Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.00

What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
  • Join an established team of 4 physicians and 3 APP's
  • Enjoy a highly manageable call structure, including a 1:18 weekday call rotation and just 2-3 weekends of call coverage per year
  • Practice setting: Outpatient in a growing community of all patient ages with an average of 12-18 patients daily
  • Access to Xray and laboratory service
  • Employed position within a nonprofit health system
  • In collaboration with a physician, deliver comprehensive primary care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions-conducting exams, ordering/interpreting diagnostics, and providing preventive services including screenings and immunizations.
  • Coordinate and manage patient care through referrals and community resources while educating patients and families on treatment and prevention; ensure accurate, timely documentation in alignment with specialty standards and organizational policies.
