Job Description
Our client in Middleburg Heights is seeking a Cable - Wiring Harness Assembler to join their growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble wire and cable components using blueprints, drawings, and process instructions to create finished products. This position requires attention to detail, quality inspection skills, and the ability to work with specialized tools and testing equipment. Ideal candidates will have previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble wire and cable components using blueprints and process instructions
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, and operation sheets
  • Prepare cables and wires for assembly including stripping, crimping, and connector assembly
  • Perform quality checks using dimensional measuring and basic electronic testing equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while operating assigned machinery and equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process worksheets
  • Experience using measuring tools, hand tools, and basic electronic testing equipment
