As a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will develop, lead, and inspire a team of diverse, energetic, and goal-oriented sales associates.   • 1 or more year(s) of Management Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales is required
  • 2 years or more of higher education
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment
  • Strong communication, mathematics, and computer use skills
  • Availability to be flexible in supporting retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • The ability to inspire your team and a passion for delivering incredible customer service
