Gen 7 Network, an authorized master agent of Total Wireless is coming strong and fast to the Los Angeles area, and we are looking for outgoing and ambitious Total Wireless Retail Mangers & Sales Associates to join our retail teams. As a Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Gen 7 Network, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Total Wireless Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in wireless retail environments (e.g. metro by T-mobile, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile), understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

As a Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Gen 7 Network, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
  • Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Educating our customers on all the Total Wireless Products and Services we offer.
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
  • Complete all required trainings as directed by Gen 7 Network and Total Wireless.
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Gen 7 Network is looking for candidates with:

  • 1 year or more of experience in a similar role in a wireless retail environment, preferably with Pre-Paid Wireless business or other Wireless business.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
