Job Description:

We're looking for a high-caliberWireless Specialistto help drive strategic customer engagements focused onHPE Networking and Juniper Mist. This is a customer-facing specialist role for someone who combines enterprise wireless expertise with the ability to shape deals, influence strategy, and help customers rethink what great networking operations should look like.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the wireless specialist across a defined set of strategic accounts, partnering closely with Account Managers, SEs, partners, and leadership

  • Help identify, create, and advance pipeline in enterprise wireless and campus networking opportunities

  • Lead customer conversations around wireless modernization, operational simplicity, AI for networking, user experience, and long-term architectural direction

  • Build credibility with architects, engineers, operations teams, and executive stakeholders

  • Use strong discovery and consultative selling skills to uncover customer pain, frame urgency, and align solutions to business priorities

  • Shape technical and competitive strategy for key opportunities, especially where incumbents are deeply entrenched

  • Lead or heavily influence evaluations, workshops, proof of concepts, and customer-facing technical sales motions

  • Clearly position the value of Juniper Mist and the broader HPE Networking portfolio in a way that resonates with both technical and executive audiences

  • Work cross-functionally with AMs, SEs, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to improve execution and increase win rates

  • Contribute to opportunity strategy, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy for specialist-led pursuits

Qualifications:

  • Minimum5 years of relevant industry experience

  • Strong background inenterprise wireless and campus networking

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as specialist, architect, systems engineer, technical seller, or similar

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and executive settings

  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence complex opportunities and help drive competitive wins

  • Experience supporting enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles

  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and bring clear point of view to customer strategy

  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape, including vendors such asCisco, Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, and Fortinet
