What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead projects from planning through successful delivery, keeping goals, scope, timelines, and outcomes aligned.
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to coordinate resources, deliverables, vendors, and project priorities.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Support change and readiness activities to help teams successfully adopt new processes and solutions.

ย Risk & Governance

  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, scope, and quality to support successful project delivery.
  • Ensure projects follow established governance, project management standards, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities, including transitions, lessons learned, and final deliverables.

ย Communication & Reporting

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and foster effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, budget, risks, and key decisions.
  • Escalate significant risks and issues and keep stakeholders informed of changes and required actions.

ย Who You Are:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience; healthcare project management experience is an asset.
  • PMP designation is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating changing priorities and organizational needs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, analysis, communication, and project delivery.
