Compensation: Up to $100,000.00 including base pay plus sales bonuses and incentives, plus amazing employee benefits and perks.

As a Your Wireless, Verizon Wireless Retail District Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and operational performance of the assigned locations in your district, while complying with governmental and company policies and procedures to achieve company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing in a multi-retail environment, is passionate about leading, coaching, and inspiring others, and understands how to drive sales and operational performance using a variety of tools and tactics.

As a Verizon Wireless Retail District Manager for Your Wireless, you will be:
  • Exceeding district sales and revenue targets as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Generating and executing a market strategy to increase foot traffic and community outreach.
  • Creating standard operating procedures for maximum effectiveness.
  • Training and developing your team to increase sales skills, product knowledge, and create high levels of motivation that inspire a team to consistently exceed assigned performance goals.
  • Conducting regular weekly performance management coaching sessions.
  • Ensuring market remains compliant with Your Wireless and company policies and procedures.
  • Communicating efficiently and effectively with retail team members to provide an environment for efficient and effective coaching.
  • Inspecting that your assigned stores remain audit compliant and protect our customers’ private information.
  • Overseeing inventory counts and cash reconciliation for their assigned stores, while making loss prevention a priority.
  • Hosting team meetings to discuss current results, upcoming events, future expectations, company policy updates, celebrate, motivate, and galvanize the team.
  • Performing daily store visits to inspect interactions and administer on-the-spot coaching to inspect or establish effective behaviors.
  • Managing schedules and store payroll budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Coaching your Store Managers on results and assist in crafting action plans for improvement where needed.
  • Supporting team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
  • Other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
At Your Wireless, we require our Verizon Wireless District Store Managers have the following skills and experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar management role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business where you managed a team of people for performance.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting, training, and developing people.
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire the employees and people around you.
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Spanish Bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to understand, explain, and breakdown behaviors to drive key performance metrics.
  • Highly proficient with technology including cellular devices, computers, point of sale systems, Microsoft office suite.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check.
