WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Execute a revenue‑driven strategy focused on growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Use market insights and prospecting tools to identify high‑value opportunities.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover customer pain points and deliver smart, consultative, solutions‑based recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers through both technical and business questions.
  • Develop tailored proposals, including clear project costs and implementation plans.
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel — forecasting confidently and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes, contracts, and documentation.
  • Stay sharp by understanding the competitive landscape and positioning our solutions to win.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales — ideally in security systems or solutions selling.
  • A strong track record of crushing goals and building trust with clients.
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipelines and keep deals moving.
  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
  • The confidence to explain product features and connect them to customer benefits.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong time management and the ability to focus on the activities that produce results.
  • Experience working with government, PD, FD, or EMS agencies (preferred).
