Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of wireless telecommunications initiatives in Toms River, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity will focus on guiding projects from initial intake through lease execution and construction readiness while coordinating with internal partners and external stakeholders. The role begins with onsite training for the first few weeks and then moves to a hybrid schedule with regular onsite collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a large portfolio of active wireless projects, managing each assignment from request intake through final pre-construction preparation.
• Act as the central point of coordination across leasing, regulatory, and construction activities to keep workstreams aligned and moving forward.
• Evaluate co-location and modification submissions, confirming they meet lease obligations as well as zoning and regulatory standards.
• Partner with teams handling site drawings, structural reviews, and market approvals to minimize delays and maintain service expectations.
• Lead pricing review and approval activities that support lease discussions and strengthen revenue outcomes.
• Work closely with corporate real estate and other cross-functional groups to obtain decisions, remove obstacles, and sustain project progress.
• Assist with lease documentation by preparing and reviewing exhibits, compliance materials, and related contract components for accuracy.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and create practical tools, job aids, and operating frameworks that improve consistency and scalability.• 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Exposure to wireless telecommunications, construction coordination, leasing support, or regulated project environments.
• Ability to review documentation carefully and ensure alignment with lease terms, contractual details, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer-based business tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and shifting priorities at once.
• Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, external stakeholders, and approval groups.
• Comfortable working onsite for initial training and then in a hybrid arrangement with 1-2 onsite days per week.
