Job Description:

This position will give you the opportunity to -

  • Drive outbound efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic social outreach to secure meetings for the sales team
  • Consistently meet quarterly quota attainment to move prospects to scoping stage of the sales process
  • Qualify leads from target lists and marketing-generated prospects
  • Research and execute market-specific strategies and outreach plans tailored to target industries and accounts, moving them from first contact to initial appointment
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to build connections and nurture relationships
  • Support administrative and operational sales tasks as needed
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with both prospects and internal sales team members
  • Continuously track toward and exceed defined sales goals
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with basic sales processes and lead qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid spreadsheet and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through
