Job Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Representative: $16.50/hr + $0.50 language differential with opportunity to increase pay to $18.15/hr within 60 - 90 days. No experience required. Entry-level candidates welcome - we provide full-time paid training! Hybrid Work Schedule:
  • First 60 Days : You'll work exclusively from our El Paso location.
  • After 60 Days : The position becomes hybrid, requiring you to report to the El Paso location 3-4 days a week and work remotely 1-2 days a week.
  • Please note, the ability to work on a hybrid schedule may change based on business needs and performance. You must be able to report to the El Paso location as required.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • You will be the voice of the company to our customers, focused on preventing future problems and promoting our services
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans
  • Accurately respond to customers' questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation through one-call resolution
  • Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance and efficiency
  • Transform into the best customer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
Skills, Experience and Requirements Skills & Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Effectively engage with customers, address their needs, and provide assistance in a manner that ensures a positive experience and builds lasting relationships
  • Dependability: Consistently meet expectations, maintain reliability, and follow through on commitments to both customers and team members

  • Requirements: Must be able to speak fluently with customers in Spanish and English, High school diploma or GED; ability to work full-time on-site; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays; s martphone or device with active network connection; pre-employment screen
    • $2/hr additional per hour worked after 6 pm
    • $2/hr additional per hour worked on weekends
    • These differentials compound, meaning if you work both after 6 PM and on the weekend, you'll earn an additional $4/hr for those shifts!
